  1. How do I keep my fresh bouquet for the next day?

    Upon you receive the flower bouquet, please keep it in a ventilated surrounding that has low temperature (such as air-con room). Importantly, the flower bouquet must always avoid from direct sunlight, heat, or fruits. Remember, the flower bouquet must not keep in a non-ventilated surrounding (such as a closed box without hole or inside a car with engine off).

  2. How do fresh flower usually last?

    Fresh flowers usually can last 2 ~ 5 days, and even last for 7 days while propre care is provided under our instructions. Certain flowers such as orchids can even last to 14 days or more, while proper care is provided to maintain its freshness.

  3. Can I placed fresh flower bouquet / snack bouquet in the car with engine off?

    We usually not suggest customer to placed fresh flower bouquet / snack bouquet in the car with engine off, because the temperature in the car is extremely high, the fresh flowers / snacks and chocolates will spoil. If it is necessary, please do not placed it in the car for more than 30 minutes.

  4. Why do my roses have darkened outer petals?

    If you have noticed some darker coloured petals in the outer area of the rose, or look slightly brown or lighter in colour, don't worry! These are called "guard petals" and can be safely removed before placing them in a vase. These are just neat little ways for roses to protect the inner flowers before they start blooming, and while they may not look very attractive, they can be easily removed to reveal a beautiful rose. If you gently remove the outer 2-3 petals, you will find new soft petals inside.

  9. The way to process fresh flower to dried flower?

    1. Tie the root of the flower with string in the opposite direction.
    2. Tie the roots of the flowers to the hanger one by one. Remember, do not wait until a fresh flower is wilted or nearly dead before it becomes a dried flower, flowers in this condition are not suitable for present.
    3. They should also be hung in a dark environment with insufficient light. Any direct light will cause the colors to fade.
